Overview
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns once bouquets have been delivered. However, your happiness matters deeply to us, and we stand by the quality of our blooms.
- Damaged or Poor-Quality Flowers: If your flowers arrive damaged or not up to standard, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery (with a photo if possible), and we’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
- Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. After this period, we may have already cut and prepared your flowers and cannot offer a refund.
- Seeds & Non-Perishable Products: Seed packets and other non-perishable items can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Please note that seed viability is best when planted in the following growing season. Over time, germination rates may naturally decline, and Shama Farm Flowers cannot be held liable for seeds that lose viability due to age or improper storage.
- Subscriptions: You may pause, reschedule, or cancel your subscription by contacting us at least 5 days before your next scheduled delivery. Cancellations will unfortunately not be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping & returns
We currently deliver within George and surrounds and offer collection options at certain collection points.
Delivery Issues: Flowers are perishable goods. We do our best to ensure your blooms arrive in perfect condition, but please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there are any concerns.
Delivery Days & Times: You will be notified about your delivery day and time. Subscription bouquets are delivered according to your chosen frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
Delivery Fees: A standard delivery fee applies based on your location. Exact fees are calculated at checkout.
Order Processing: Please allow [up to 5 business days] to process your order.
